Income Tax Recipts For Lunch Supervision and Daycare Fees

We are issuing Income Tax receipts for parents who require one, and who have paid their child’s lunch supervision fee AND/OR DAYCARE FEES IN FULL. Obviously we cannot issue tax receipts to those parents who have not yet paid. Tax receipts will cover the period January 1st 2019 to December 31st, 2019.
In order to issue a tax receipt a social insurance number is required. Parents who refuse to provide a social insurance number will be asked to sign a waiver form and no receipt can be issued.
In order to ensure accuracy of information, please fill in the portion below and return it to your child’s teacher by Fri. Feb. 14th at the latest. Your receipt will be sent to you via your child at the end of this month.

Important information about Hot Lunch

Our hot meal provider this year is ‘Le Traiteur Scolaire’. Parents who are interested in ordering hot meals for their child may do so by using the following link: Le Traiteur Scolaire Website and by clicking on ‘view our menu’. September and October menus have been posted already therefore you may order hot meals for your child.

It is the parent’s responsibility to order online and pay via credit card. The school does not take hot meal orders or payments.

Please consult our monthly calendars on which Pizza Dates will be clearly indicated. NOTE THAT ON PIZZA DAYS THERE WILL BE NO HOT MEALS AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS.

Please be reminded that if your child will be eating hot meals at school he/she still needs to bring his/her snacks.
